You will normally receive your order in 7-12 business days from the date that it is placed in US. And other countries will be longer. We ship via UPS or USPS. All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses. Purchases in the US cost $7.00 to ship using USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days) depending on your location and $20.00 for Express mail. (Overnight delivery).

Track Your Order

Tracking numbers will be sent to the provided email when your order is shipped.

Orders can only be shipped to the address provided; if an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling.

After receiving your tracking info, please allow up to 24hrs for it to update! Shipping is non-refundable. 


Customers who purchase items through pre-order should allow about 15 business days for processing time. When the items become available, you will be contacted with shipping confirmation details.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Shipping costs will be calculated when you complete your order. We ship using DHL.

-Customers outside the US and its territories are responsible to find out about restrictions & prohibitions of your own country about certain items or ingredients. Because each country has different restrictions & prohibitions about import, we just send your order under your responsibility.

IMPORTANT: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Damaged packages are insured through USPS, but lost or stolen packages are not. Zoezi Sport is not responsible for these, so if any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. 

Returns for Store Credit

Items purchased during discounted sales are final. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact customer care to process an exchange.

Q: Can I exchange for a new size/color?
A: We will arrange shipping of exchanged item as soon as possible. And please note that you need to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item.

Q: What if my order doesn’t fit?
A: We accept the return. But we ask that you check measurements carefully before buying and we do our very best to ensure that all size charts are accurate.

Q: How long do I have to return a product?
A: Our return policy is 7 calendar days after you receive your order.

Q: Where do I return a product to?
A: Email us at the address below and a customer service rep will give you the address. Do NOT send anything to the address on your parcel. This is not our return address and we will not be able to process your refund or replacement.

Q:Can I change or cancel my order?
