At Zoezi Sport, each piece is created with intention and care. Because of the nature of our collections and limited production, we kindly ask that you review the details below before completing your purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery are not accepted.


Store Credit

At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Approved returns will be issued store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping). Store credit is delivered electronically and does not expire.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for size or style, based on availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Intimate or sanitary items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it promptly.
