Order Processing Times

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping, provided items are in stock and not on pre-order.

Weekends and holidays are excluded.

During peak periods or holidays, please allow up to 12 business days for order processing.

We appreciate your patience and encourage reviewing processing timelines prior to placing an order.


Shipping (U.S.)

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that inclement weather, distance, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

Once tracking is issued, delivery timing inquiries should be directed to the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100

  • Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service

  • Express shipping is available on select orders only, when applicable at checkout


Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Orders ship only to the address provided at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is misdelivered, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for select items only, based on availability and fulfillment timelines.
If you have questions about express shipping eligibility, please contact info@zoezisport.com prior to placing your order.


International Shipping

International orders ship via UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on destination.

Shipping times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Understanding their country’s import restrictions

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon arrival

Zoezi Sport is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by destination countries.


Pre-Orders

Each pre-order item has a unique estimated ship date.
Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

Key details:

  • Pre-orders are not eligible for express or rush shipping

  • Orders begin processing on the release date listed on the site

  • Processing may take up to 3 business days from the release date

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready

  • Pre-orders ship using standard shipping rates

Zoezi Sport reserves the right to adjust release dates with proper notification.


Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or misdelivered, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number.

We are unable to assist with lost or delayed packages without a carrier claim reference.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zoezi Sport is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
