How long does it take to receive my order?

Most Zoezi Sport pieces are made to order.

Orders are crafted within 5–7 business days, not including processing or delivery time.

Once your order is complete, it typically ships within 3–5 business days.
For domestic U.S. orders, most deliveries arrive within 12 business days from the order date.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or location.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns are issued as store credit, allowing you to select a new size or style that feels right for you.

What does “made to order” mean?

Made-to-order means your piece is created specifically for you after purchase. This approach allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain the quality and care behind each item.

Can I choose express shipping for made-to-order items?

Express shipping is available only for select in-stock items.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for express or rush shipping.
